In some cases everyday routines makes us bored in our life. Well, for those of you who really feel inspirited and are in a bad mood, attempt the consumption of foods rich in phytochemicals, vitamins B and D, and omega three.

Based on Connie Diekman, director of University Nutrition at Washington University, St. Louis, United States, foods containing omega three and vitamin D can boost mood. According to Parents, here are four forms of food intake that may boost mood.

1. Oatmeal
This food can enhance the sense of comfort. The fiber in oatmeal can improve the serotonin chemical within the body that provides cozy effect. Oatmeal function in contrast to other sweet foods, which can evoke the mood and make you lethargic afterwards.

two. Green tea
Green tea contains amino acids and theanine that may lower anxiety and tension. Drinking two cups of green tea every single day can provide comfort in mind. Since there is caffeine content in it, green tea will need to be consumed in the morning and afternoon.

3. Nuts
Peanuts, cashews, and almonds are rich in selenium. It is a mineral that will improve mood. Do not consume excessively due to the fact nuts are also wealthy in fat content.

four. Grain cereal
